How does it work?
We follow a seven-step process:

Upon receipt of your enquiry, we will get back to you with some initial questions. Once we receive your feedback and analyse the details we will suggest a date and time for a meeting at your premises. We can also sign a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Once the meeting is confirmed we will liaise with you to finalise the details and agenda for the meeting.

At the meeting, we will do a full introduction about ourselves, discuss all relevant areas, including your expectations, areas where we could help, etc. Once all the details are discussed, we will send you our recommendations of how we can help.

After you have evaluated our proposal, we can proceed with the recommended plan, make alterations or abandon it completely if you do not wish to proceed.

Once the formal plan is agreed, we will sign a contract agreeing to work together.

Once the contract is signed, we will begin the proposed work immediately.

The payment process will be discussed and agreed during the negotiation process and prior to signing the contract.
How fast does the process take?
It totally depends on the project and what results you want to achieve. We are very flexible in terms of working hours and will do whatever possible to achieve certain time deadlines.
Is it possible to change the plan during the process?
Absolutely, we can change things and discuss alternatives at any time.
