With more than two decades of experience, Ruth has worked with hospitals, wellness resorts, tourism boards and healthcare organisations worldwide to develop successful international patient programmes.
Ruth is also CEO of Operations Abroad Worldwide, one of the UK’s longest-established medical travel companies.
Founded in 1999, the company has arranged treatment for over 88,000 patients across 45 countries, building a global network of leading hospitals and healthcare specialists.
Ruth is also the founder of Holborn Media Ltd, a specialist medical and wellness travel media company.
She is publisher and editor of Medical & Wellness Traveller magazine, Europe’s leading publication dedicated to the medical and wellness travel industry.
Holborn Media also organises the Medical & Wellness Travel Conference, bringing together healthcare providers, wellness resorts, hotels, tourism boards and travel organisations from over 45 countries.
